I have a question.  

At the start of a play session, roll 3d6 to determine Luna’s Favour. If the highest number is a 6, the moon is full. Everyone gains (or regains) one Fury. If any of the dice show a 1, it is instead a new moon. Everyone gains (or regains) one Focus.


Can it be both a full moon and a new moon at the same time?


EDIT: I saw the author's answer on the fediverse.  For posterity in case anymany else has the same question,

Yeah, just say there's an artificial robot moon or something suitably cyberpunk-y

There can be more than one moon in the sky, yes! I like to think at least one of them is a fun cyberpunk robot moon.
