//DISPATCH TO ALL CONTRACTORS:
The following changes have been made to the Rulebook, now designated iteration v1.0b. The Board apologizes for any inconvenience.
Patch Notes:
- Reformatted the text to make the book easier to navigate.
- Fixed a few more typos that escaped our notice.
- Additional rewrites to Wounds rules for clarity and grammar.
- Paranormal NPCs may now have Banes, functioning identically to player-controlled Paranormals.
- A number of example Connections have been provided for ease of character creation.
- The ‘Rabble’ have graciously demonstrated how to ‘Split the Load’ of Arts between multiple Paranormals. They also provided a practical demonstration by destroying our facility in Barstow, which has not gone unnoticed.
- Advanced training has been authorized. Paranormals may now increase their abilities through reaching Milestones.
- Our field agent ‘Wren’ has volunteered to serve as an example character sheet.
The Board looks forward to working with you further in the future.
